About Us
HeadRoomz is Westchester’s go-to housing option for traveling nurses and medical students. Our locations offer easy commutes to local hospitals and are a budget-friendly alternative to traditional renting. HeadRoomz is a membership-based club. We are not a landlord and club members are not tenants.
Caduceus House in White Plains is our boutique luxury property. The home boasts ten bedrooms that each have their own private en-suite bathroom, spacious common areas, chef’s kitchens, fitness rooms, laundry and private parking. Caduceus House delivers a true home-away-from-home experience. Members will also enjoy daily coffee and tea service and complimentary Friday continental breakfast (except holidays).
Memberships (Essential, Classic, and Signature) run on a flexible 30-day subscription. All applicants are interviewed to ensure a good fit. Our Flex Cancellation Policy provides prorated refunds during the first two weeks if a hospital contract or rotation changes unexpectedly.
No hidden fees, broker fees, or security deposits. Common areas are professionally cleaned weekly.
Our Home
Caduceus House is centered around safety, community, connection and has the feel of a university dormitory. Each HeadRoomz member has exclusive access to a private furnished room with its own en-suite bathroom as well as a dedicated parking space. Members share common areas such as the kitchen, living room, workout area and laundry facilities with other club members.
This is a quiet and luxuriously designed private home. Each room includes a platform bed frame, plush pillowtop mattress, pillows, sheets, blanket, towels, desk and chair, smart TV and free high-speed WiFi.
Floors have separate entrances with women on the top floors and men on the bottom floors. Each room has a digital door lock and is designed with privacy in mind.
The property is in the Carhart Homestead neighborhood and is minutes away from the White Plains hospital and the downtown area. The property is also conveniently located close to shopping malls, restaurants and public transportation at White Plains Station.
